What counts as a correction

A factual error (wrong licence number, wrong welcome offer wording, wrong RTP).
An outdated bonus term that has since changed at the operator.
A licence detail that has changed (renewal, revocation, transfer).
A change to operator brand status (withdrawal from SA market, sale, rebrand).
A claim that requires re-sourcing or update.

What does not count as a correction

Differences of editorial opinion or ranking position. We document method (how we review) and our rankings reflect that method.
Promotional disagreement from operators. Operators who disagree with our caution flags can contact us; we respond on the merits but do not soften flags for commercial reasons.
Reader disagreement with the site's editorial position on a non-factual matter.

How to submit

Email corrections@casinogaming.co.za with:

The URL of the page in question.
The exact wording of the claim you believe is wrong.
What the correct wording or detail should be.
The source for the correction (regulator record, operator cashier screenshot, provider documentation).

We respond to every correction submission within five working days. Verified corrections are published here and the original page is updated. The original wording is not deleted; we mark the change inline.
